Theft Description

The thief/thieves cut throw two of my attached heavy duty D-Locks and took my bike and locks with them, just on the edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, surrounded by camera's and on patrol security, yet all did nothing to help/prevent the theft of my only loved object in my life.
