the bike was stolen at 4.45pm in prestons road, London by a white young guy, probably teenager - blonde/light brown hair, wearing a white tshirt, shorts, sneakers and a black small cross body bag (based on CCTV footage). the thief cycled toward Blue Bridge/Isle of Dogs
