Bike Description
Road bike, small frame. a couple of scratches on saddle and handlebar. Small split in the seat. Did have an attachment on the handlebar for a phone case.Theft Description
Chained to cycle rack outside Drago lounge, Usk Way Newport. Was stolen between 5-6pm There is CCTV footage of thief with the bike at 6.04pm on cameras 28 & 25
