Theft Description
This bicycle was stolen from a bike rack stand located at the grove Stratford, London in front of the refugee council building E15 1NS on the 22/09/2023 between 11.30am-12.15pm, we suspect two males use bolt cutters to cut the bike chain off and made off with it
