Theft Description

I received a call from my girlfriend at work informing me that an individual named Andy with the phone number 07534 253031 would be coming to look at the Brompton she had for sale on gumtree (https://www.gumtree.com/p/bicycles/brompton-s2l-stardust-black-2015/1221415015) At approximately 1525hrs "Andy" arrived at our apartment at Oakhill Road London SW15, Andy was a medium build, approximately 5ft 10inch, Dark skinned British National wearing Dark Jeans, Gold Woollen Gloves, Black Beanie, large glasses, and carrying a black satchel. Andy commenced small talk with me asking about the bike as to why it was being sold to which I explained I had no use for it, Andy then proceeded to ask how it folded out as he had never seen one before but wanted it for commuting. Once the bike was folded out Andy requested to take it for a test ride, I took him downstairs where he dropped his satchel and started pedalling the bike in the carpark. At approximately 1530hrs he then proceeded out the driveway to which I followed and quickly lost sight of him riding down the road. Assuming he was going and turning around I waited 5mins and then became suspicious, I lifted up his bag and felt weight in it so thought he may be returning. At 1540hrs I looked in his black satchel to see if he left identification to find two London Evening Standard Newspapers dated 7th March, an unopened 1.5L bottle of Evian water
