Theft Description

The thief was the neighbour from opposite the road. He went through locked bin storage area and jumped over the wall to the bike storage area. Cut the the security lock and stole the bike at around 4am. The person admitted he stole the bike but police did not do anything and couple of days later the person was no longer leaving at that address.
