Bike Description

The bike was locked to another Brompton (a black one, also stolen at the same time) and both were attached to the railings on the Strand end of the Waterloo Bridge with a D-lock. The D-lock was wrenched open. The staff in the adjacent Cycle Surgery observed that the bikes were there up until about 3pm, but had gone by 3.30pm.
