As captured on CCTV Male cyclist watched the building for a period of time from outside restaurant opposite. Got access to an otherwise secure cycle area wearing his kit, with an old bike and hailing a cleaner. Left his bike and stole the Brompton. Positive response from Police with forensics done on his bike and its being progressed. Pictures to follow...
