Theft Description

The bike was in the bike store of my apartment building. To enter the store there is a coded padlock on the door latch. There is no damage to the padlock, however, the door latch appears to be unscrewed then re-attached to the door multiple times. The bike was connected to the rack with a D lock passing through the rear wheel and the frame. There was an extension cable from the D lock to the front wheel. It appears that the bike rack has been unbolted from the floor so the bike lock could be unthreaded off the rack. The lock would have still been attached to the bike but whoever took the bike could remove the lock later.
