An affrocaraibian male who was wearing black/blue cap, black coat, grey/silver jumper, black trousers and white shoes. That man has been seen by other parents all week in a playground at Stepney Primary School on Beverley Road in Hull. Bike was stolen at 3.20pm from playground at Stepney primary.
