This was locked up at at my work place near Hessle. Someone cycled up to my bike on an old (presumably also stolen bike), cut my lock and cycle off on my bike. We saw him cycle up on his bike, and off on mine, but didn't see the actual theft. He had a rucksack on, presumably with bolt cutters. It took place at about 3:30 pm.
