Theft Description

This was stolen from within a private residential “secure” gated carpark in Carshalton. Access would have been gained via a leaked access code or use of key fob. Can’t imagine the gate would have been climbed over.  Presumably had locked removed with an angle grinder (a noise of such a tool was heard by a neighbour) as the bike was also locked up to a bike rack within the confines of the carpark. Bike area cannot be seen by the public or from the street so there must have been an awareness of bike being there before it’s theft.
