My bicycle was stolen on the 31st of August 2016, between 10h - 13h day time. It was chained with cable chain by the black metal fence opposite ''Hurak Training Centre'', Parnell Road, London,E3 2RN. When I came back from my Hurak courses I could not find my bicycle and chain.
