Bike with pannier rack and pannier. Noticeable Chip on right side of the middle of cross bar.Theft Description
Locked with motorbike combination lock at the top of peas hill/square at 7pm. Returned at 10:30 and it was gone. A woman who parked where is was missing said she arrives around 8:15 and it was gone.
