Lock cut while having haircut. Taken from the corner of Connaught Road and Church Road at around 8:45 am. Thief seen on CCTV owned by the the Good Stock Deli. Thief had black hair, blue jeans, black bomber jacket, black rucksack and white trainers. Grainy photo is of actual bike showing the thief taking it.
