Black and white Bianchi road bike, 29" Fulcrum road wheels, Shimano 105 brakes and gear-set, white handle tape and saddle, road/clipless pedals. Back brake not working.Theft Description
Taken from outside of the council offices, opposite Waitrose in Abingdon at around 2:30pm. The lock was also taken with the bike.
