Theft Description

Locked to bike rail next to parade of shops on Ling Road in Loughborough.  Two youths as seen on CCTV turned up with one bike, stole mine after breaking lock and rode off together.  I chased on foot but they were two fast for me.  I lost them but then found them at 21.57 hrs. That's 16 mins later, they had hid the bike somewhere and were on foot so the bike was hidden somewhere between parade of shops on Ling Road and Manor Road within that time frame.  Even though I found them I was unable to actually grab them ....
