young white man, black jacket, hi-viz orange vest, black baseball cap, black shoulder bag with yellow Lonsdale label loitered around house and in front garden on 3 occasions on 4/4/17. Suspect that lock was cut at around 12:40. Bike removed between 20:30 on 4/4/17 ad 19:10 on 5/4/17
