Theft Description

the theives where 3 afghan boys two aged between 15-16 and one aged between 17-18 and they were wearing black hoodies. I had my foot on the bike but the 17 year old yanked it and quickly hopped on the bike and rode away. I chased him for a good 5 minutes but I couldn't keep up. This was On Kingsbury road in the park across the road.
