My son parked his bike in the bike parking racks in front of f 6 London Pl Oxford, OX4 1BD between 2pm and 8.30pm. He thought he had locked it with his helmet to the rack. When he came there at 8.30pm the bike was gone and his lock and helmet were still on the rack.
