Theft Description

Parked at Lower ground, Westgate Oxfors, on turn again lane bike racks between 1340 and 1800hrs on sunday 9th August 2020.   Locked with krytontipte D lock and 2 cable locks to a bike rack, both cable locks cut through. No idea how D lock was broken into.
