Taken from outside cabot circus shopping centre in pedestrian lane by Castlemead offices in Bristol. Locked up alongside many other bikes on racks. Taken between 4.45 and 6pm. Modus was that I was observed and targeted as there were many other bikes there, some more valuable. Thief most probably watched me go off to shops. Another person had bike stolen in roughly same time frame.
