Ancheer electric bike Stolen from Bike Railings outside Manchester Arndale Centre on Side Entrance, High Street (Off Market street where the tram turns towards Shude Hill) between 12.30 and 13.30 The Bike Rail was the First rail facing the line of taxis on the rank running along the side street there is even a security camera above the bike rail, but its not known if it points that angle downwards. Many hundreds of people would have walked past and ridden past (on the Metrolink tram) A taxi at the front of the rank would have been head on looking at the robbery (if they noticed) It was secured with two chain locks, front and back wheels.
