Theft Description

I left it locked outside st.pauls road post office in Smethwick .I was in the shop for approx.90 seconds.While I was inside the thief managed to break the lock by pulling at the bike with great force around 5 or 6 times.I missed apprehending him by around 10 to 15 seconds.I went back into the shop and phoned the police .I asked the shop owner to look at the cctv ,this showed a clear picture of the thief and his brazen actions.The police phoned me later and said they would view the footage and be in touch.
