Good condition hybrid bike with chunky wheels. Frame size 18" The bike has a non-standard white seat pillar (the standard issue is black)Theft Description
The bike was one of two bikes stolen from the bicycle racks near where St Giles and Broad Street meet in the centre of Oxford (next to the bus stops). The lock was cut. The theft occurred early afternoon.
