I locked my bike to the bike stand on the pavement by 9 Mollison Way, Edgware, HA8 5QS at around 17:15. When I returned less than 45 minutes later it was gone. A witness saw a man whom he told me was 'not white' at the bike stand at the time in question, but could not tell me more. He did not actually witness the theft.
