A single guy arrived on a scott speedster at 2:10pm outside long road college, Cambridge. He then put his bike next to mine, cut my lock and left on my bike. A second guy then walked in, without a bike wearing a white tee, and got onto the first guys scott speedster road bike (red) and left.
