Theft Description

Bike was attached to secure bike bar near Reading main train station, when I returned from the station the bike was gone along with the green lock it was 'secured' with. I can't get to work now which has impacted me quite alot, as the bike was my sole means of travel. I believe I may have seen someone riding it near 'Western Elms Avenue' and took a picture before I could catch up to the guy. Picture is almost useless but I included anyway. I tried to catch up to him after snapping picture but he was gone as he turned left off western elms up the hill. If he was the guy who stole/bought my bike, he was a large guy, overweight, wearing a grey jacket and shorts, didn't see much else of him. I can pay £40 for the bike back in it's original condition.
