Theft Description

Bike was locked up with a secure number lock outside the front of our flat on Sunday evening. Our flat is in Twickenham down Waldegrave Park Road. Theft must of occurred between the hours 5pm and 7:30pm. Lock had been cut off (suspect that bolt cutters had been used) and dumped on the floor were the bike had been locked up. Bike is covered in invisible ink over the frame with my surname and postcode.
