A single speed road bike frame with narrow handle bars (loose handle on the right hand side), wide black seat, two yellow stripes on the body beneath the seat. Had two removable light holders, black on the front, fluorescent yellow on the back, and a broken red reflector beneath the saddle. Cut from a fence bordering Wapping Rose Garden, 10m away from the entrance of the River Police station in Wapping. Directly opposite the Captain Kidd pub. Parked up just before 7:30pm on Friday night, gone by 8:30pm! Had been locked using a D lock (BTWIN) and an Oxford Lockmate Marine Proof Security cable w/ protective vinyl casing
