Bike Description

I have found the thief trying to sell my bike on EBay and the police won’t help me retrieve it!

I reported my bike stolen outside Tottenham Hale train station on the 11/10 at 3:30. Bike serial number: 000001647164

I have also found my bike on sale on eBay. The bike matches my bike description And has the same markings as my bike, these being: Triban RC 120 Size small / 19” Blue with orange “Triban” in bold on the frame Scratches on the rear right of frame by wheel Scratch on the Centre of frame where I usually attach my lock. Bell Centre right.

I have contacted the seller who goes by username: Cillasman . He also has a Facebook site called MK repairs and goes by the name of Ian.

My item reference on eBay is: 193705609203 I have offered to purchase the bike and he has asked for cash and for it to be picked up at this address: GU124PJ no.22 - this man has many bikes on sale and is clearly buying and selling stolen bikes. I have arranged to ‘pick it up’ on Friday 16/10 at 7Pm I would like the police to investigate this further and advice on what I should do?
