It has the number of my Belgian ID card engraved in it: 89.02.15-169.03
 

Theft Description

Bicycle was stored in the secured bicycle storage room of Celestial House (E14 6GH). It was locked to the bike racks. Someone broke in, cut the U-lock, and left with the bike.
