Theft Description

Thief gained access to our secured-entry flat stairwell - made his way to the top floor and cut through thick bike lock outside our front door, potentially with bolt cutters. I believe this to be a targeted theft as bike is hidden from view from outside, only people who have been at our front door would know it was locked up there.
