Bike Description
17 inch frame green road bike with black drop handlebars. No distinguishing features but had a fixture for holding a front light on the handlebar when stolen. Has silver dual SPD/normal pedals.Theft Description
Stolen from locked bike shed at my workplace at Newham Centre for Mental Health in Plaistow. Entry somehow gained to shed (possible thief was given key by reception or shed was left unlocked) and broke D-lock which attached bike to bike rack.
