21 speed bicycle in excellent condition, recently serviced and off-road tyres replaced with road tyres. Red and white frame, black seat. Aluminium Topeak pannier holder attached. Bicycle pump attached.Theft Description
No witness found so far. Bike was stolen from car parking area in rear of the building where it was covered and secured to wooden post with a cable and a D-lock of sold secure silver standard. Both were intertwined through frame and tyres. Thief cut through the cable and left cover and cut cable behind. Attached to bike frame was a pump and a Topeak pannier holder, and possibly an LED light, all also gone.
