Theft Description

The bike was scheduled for collection by DHL. DHL deny collecting bike 3 weeks after scehduled collection date from halls of residence where it was in the lobby at the time of collection with items (confirmed collected). CCTV for collection point is no kept more than 2 weeks, so theft unknown until delayed reporting by DHL. BIKE WAS IN BRAND NEW SEMI HARD BIKE BAG AT TIME OF THEFT.
