My bicycle was stolen, locked onto the railings of the front garden of 48 Northchurch Road. I had locked it there to visit a friend at 48 Northchurch Road at 21:00. I passed by my bicycle about 00:00 to go outside and returned about 00:15 to 48 Northchurch Road. When I came out again to leave at 01:15, it was gone and a foot of railings cut from the structure of the railings. My bicycle, lock and helmet had gone. I have photographs of this.
