taken from car on bike rack in secure underground car park at 6.10pm on 28th march in Chiswick. Person was seen on CCTV and is identifiable. He is of large build and wearing cycle gear. He left a blue Felt F65 at the scene which is being finger printed. This had front and back lights on flashing. Pedals were not clipons. Police are active,y searching for him.
