Bike Description
A black cargo bike, with a black rain guard with a yellow fluorescent line on it. It contained three helmets - two black/grey and one child’s pink and white. The battery locks and front wheel lock had been replaced recently, so weren’t as bought. Frame quite scratched by D-lock.Theft Description
Front wheel was locked and it was outside the house for a few minutes and someone just came and picked it up and walked off with it.
