blue specialised sirrus sport with hydraulic disc brakes was stolen on Cowley road Friday 24th July.it had a inner tube wrapped round the top frame bar secured with RED ELECTRICAL TAPE on seat post and top frame bar please, please, please let me know if anything is see anywhere around oxford shire or further as many people take bikes out of the city I cant stress my appreciation to anyone who helps at all, i am happy to pay if returned or located call on- 07769480942
