Black specialized hybrid bike, had pit locks on both wheels. Specialised logotype on the frame was made of reflective material.Theft Description
Outside royal in 'The Royal Inn on the Park' pub, Victorial park, Hackney. Was locked to bike racks, white man used cordless angle grinder to sever d lock in seconds. Friend who saw ran after him but thief pulled out a knife. Have been several similar incidents, likely by the same offender, in that small vicinity.
