Two individuals with a black and white staffie dog. Dog has black large patch on left side of face and rest of face white, black patches on body and white legs. Middle aged men, probably 35-50. One in camo print green T-Shirt, grey shorts, black trainers. One in kaki green tracksuit with white stripes on sides, white cap. Caught on CCTV. They saw bike, checked it out, 9 minutes later 2nd man came back with bolt cutters to cut lock and rode away on bike. Took lock.
