Black frame with pannier- (and grey flowery pannier bags) left rear Pannier fitting on frame drilled out - frame very scratched around fitting hole from previous loose broken fitting. Back wheel spoke fitted for use with cycleops turbo trainer. fluorescent tape on frame.Theft Description
bike was chained to lamppost outside the PT studio where I work. Lock must have been cut. Sometime between 11am and 4pm.
