Bike Description
Red and white frame with lightning bolt on the front handlebars on the left is slightly grazed. Has device on wheel to measure rotations.
Theft Description
Left bike locked to a bike rack with another bike on Wapping Wall E1 above Shadwell Basin. Bike was locked for an hour and half tops. Had two locks, a D lock and a chain combination lock.
