Young male scared off after being caught at 0200hrs approx on Sat 31 Aug. Was trying to force entry with a crowbar and had bolt cutters with him. Bike still in the stairwell at 1000hrs when I went to the police to report the attempt. Gone by 1800hrs when I got back. Heavy kryptonite lock chewed through to get the bike off the railings.
