It is a white specialized ladies bike, very good condition. Manufacture in 2011 it has disc breaks and a white seat.Theft Description
Was taken form Bond Street in Broadmead. A black male cycled up towards the St James Barton round about also know as the bear pit. It was taken at 11:45 in the morning. You could tell he was to tall for the bike and he wasn't very steady on the bike.
