Bike locked with Onguard Combination D-lock to a rail in the indoor staircore in a block of flats on 25/11/18 23:00. The bike and lock were not there the next morning 8.00am, no sign of theft, just nothing there. Was stolen silently as any loud noise would have been heard by the ground floor occupants.
