Taken in the space of 24 hours, probably over night from an under-cover, non-gated residential car park. Chained with heavy duty bike lock through both wheels to a bike railing under neath a cctv camera (that has turned out to be dummy). Lock taken too. A second bike stolen from the same car park on the same night with cut lock left behind.
