A Raleigh Stoweway folding electric bike, 20 inch wheels (approx), had a foam seat cover on and a clip on the handlebar to attach a light (the light had recently fallen off)Theft Description
Was chained up in a bike parking spot outside a cafe around 2pm on Victoria Street, broad daylight. came back at 4pm and it was gone.
