Theft Description

Was locked against a fence on Harley Grove Road in Bow. Lock site not visible form my flat so not sure exactly when it was taken. Had clearly attempted to steal before as bike had been turned upside down previously but still locked to fence (I had then left it upside down in the hope it would stop people messing with it which clearly didn't work...) Would mean the world to get it back as it was my mum's old bike.
